Use the optimization tools

  1. 1Run the site audit and check your citability score
  2. 2Generate llms.txt and structured data, and copy the workflow
  3. 3Work through the action list, then re-measure and compare

  2. 2Set alert rules: score thresholds, takeovers, new keywords
  3. 3Get notified in-app and by email the moment things change

Markets & project groups

  1. 1Pick a target market when creating a project — one project, one market
  2. 2Group the same brand's multi-market projects to manage them as a portfolio
  3. 3Lite and above: open the cross-market overview to compare scores and spot weak markets at a glance

Product

Which AI engines are supported?+

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Zhipu GLM and Doubao — 10 engines in total. The free plan uses Zhipu GLM; Lite and Standard unlock Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen and GLM; Professional unlocks all 10, freely selectable per project.

What happens during an audit?+

A prompt library is generated for each keyword and asked across the selected engines, then mentions, citations, positions and scores are aggregated. One audit costs keywords × prompts × engines credits, capped at 10,000 per run.

What does a report include?+

A 7-chapter report: conclusions, methodology, keyword detail, competitor citations, gap analysis, action checklist and a 30-day plan. Each snapshot is numbered independently and the report can be exported as PDF.

What is a demo project?+

Demo projects use fixed seed data to walk you through the workflow. They never call real engines, never use credits, and every result is labeled as demo data.

How do I manage one brand across multiple markets?+

One project targets one market (Global, North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and more). If your brand sells in several markets, create one project per market and group them under the same project group. Lite and above can open a cross-market overview that compares scores and mention rates side by side, with weak markets flagged for attention.

Where is the cross-market overview?+

In the Project groups section of your dashboard. Once projects are grouped, Lite and above can open the overview from the group card — markets are sorted by score (lowest first) and weak markets are flagged for attention.

Billing, credits & refunds

How are credits counted?+

Each engine query costs 1 credit. One audit costs keywords × prompts × engines credits, so the more keywords, prompts or engines you pick, the more an audit costs.

What does the free plan include?+

1 project, 5 keywords per project and 20 one-time credits (never resets), using Zhipu GLM. One keyword is enough to run a real audit and generate a full report.

How do credit packs work?+

Packs are independent of your plan credits and never expire; they apply instantly. Any carryover is used first, then plan credits, then your add-on balance. Each audit is capped at 10,000 credits.

What happens when I change my plan?+

Within the same billing cycle you can move to any tier: upgrades (Lite → Standard → Professional, including Lite → Professional) take effect once you pay the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at the start of the next subscription month, can't be undone once submitted, and any annual difference is refunded manually on the effective date with no processing fee. You can't switch between monthly and annual billing directly. While a cancelled subscription is still active until its period end, plan changes aren't available. In other cases, request a refund on the Billing page as described in the Refund Policy and buy again, or buy when your current subscription ends.

What if I run out of credits?+

Compare plans or add credits. Lite, Standard and Professional credits reset at the start of each subscription month. Free is a one-time lifetime allowance: leftovers carry over when you move to a paid plan, are used first, and expire with that cycle. We never charge overage.

How is the billing cycle calculated?+

Anchored to your billing date: monthly = calendar months, annual = 12 calendar months. Plan credits reset at the start of each subscription month.

What is your refund policy?+

All refunds are manually reviewed and returned to the original payment method. Monthly: within 14 days, refunded by unused credits; after that, prorated by days and credits. Annual: consumed months are charged at the monthly price — the annual discount is only worth it if you use the full year. Credit packs: unused portion refunded, with the corresponding credits removed; project packs and engine add-ons are non-refundable. Full details on the refund policy page.

Can I buy credit packs or engine add-ons on the free plan?+

No. One-time add-ons (credit packs, project packs and engine add-ons) require a Lite plan or above. The free plan cannot make new one-time purchases; upgrade first.

Are engine add-ons one-time or a subscription?+

One-time and account-level, no monthly fee. Audits still consume credits as usual; no extra charge within your plan credits. Engine add-ons only widen your monitoring inside SourceSight and aren't affiliated with the engine vendor's own products, subscriptions, accounts or apps.

If I buy some engines first, how does the 6-engine bundle work?+

The bundle is completed at $249 minus the list price of engine add-ons you already own. Once your engine add-on purchases total $249 or more, you get the remaining engines free, and we don't refund what you've already paid.

After downgrading or cancelling, do my purchased engines and project packs remain?+

Yes — they keep working, with everything else following your current plan. Purchased credits, project capacity and expanded engines stay active on the free plan, but you can't make new one-time purchases while free. Upgrading to Lite or above restores new purchases.

Data & security

Is my data safe?+

SourceSight does not train models on your data. Some AI engines (such as DeepSeek and Zhipu GLM) may use submitted content for improvement or training under their own policies; before enabling such engines, please read their data policies and acknowledge them. All engine keys are managed by the platform — you never need your own keys.

How long are snapshots kept?+

By the plan at creation time: 1 month on Free, 12 months on Lite, Standard and Professional. Changing plans never deletes existing snapshots; deleting a project deletes all its snapshots.

What if an engine call fails?+

The audit is marked DEGRADED with the error details shown in the report — we never silently fall back to fake data. Demo projects use fixed seed data labeled everywhere as demo.

Account & team

How does the team workspace work?+

The team workspace is a Professional feature: create a team and invite as many members as you need. Standard and below can't create or join teams; purchase Professional to unlock it.

What is white-label reporting?+

A Professional feature: exported PDF reports can remove SourceSight branding so agencies can deliver reports under their own brand.

Which languages are supported?+

Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English are supported today — UI, prompt libraries and reports — with more languages planned.
