Credits measure usage: one audit costs keywords × prompts × engines, and the project page shows the total before you run it. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance, you can top up with credit packs, and we never charge overage.
Which plan is right for me?
Lite suits early-stage users validating a single brand or market (2 projects, 200 credits/mo). Standard is for day-to-day multi-project monitoring and deeper analysis (8 projects, 500 credits/mo, alerts and deep insights). How do I manage one brand across multiple markets?
One project targets one market. Group the same brand's projects across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and more into a project group, then manage the whole multi-market portfolio per brand.
What's the cross-market overview?
Available on Lite and above. Once multi-market projects are grouped, the overview compares each market's score and mention rate side by side and sorts them lowest to highest, so the weakest market stands out first.
Do team members need their own plan?
No. On a Professional team workspace, members can run audits, use the optimization tools, and export PDFs on any shared project they've joined, whatever plan they're on. Their own personal projects still follow their own plan.
